Palm Sunday/Confirmation Sunday

We celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem as the King of the Jews. The people greeted Jesus enthusiastically with the waving of palm branches (symbolizeing goodness and victory) and shouts of “Hosanna” (meaning "save now"). This is the beginning of Holy Week; a week in which we commemorate the Passion of Christ. We’ll celebrate confirmation at this service, as well!
