First Church welcomes all to the life and fellowship of our congregation! We tried to make a list of everyone who is welcome, and we couldn't make it long enough. No matter the circumstances of your life, you are welcome here! 

Our Mission

The mission of First United Methodist Church of Glen Ellyn is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

We follow three simple princples to guide our living: Do no harm. Do good. Stay in love with God. Those three simple rules laid out by our founder, John Wesley, guide our life together and our engagement with our community and our world.
